Project Manager/Architect
- Min. 8 years experience in Commercial Architecture
- Architecture Degree preferred but not required
- Experienced with AutoCAD 2000 or above
- Able to manage support staff
- Strong communication skills with clients, consultants and in-house staff
- Experienced with Municipal process’s and submittals
- Marketing skills preferred
- Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Office, Retail and Self Storage a plus
Designer I or II (Draftsperson)
- Min. 3 years experience in Commercial Architecture
- Architecture background preferred but not required
- Experienced with AutoCAD 2000 or above
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple project related responsibilities
- Strong communication skills with clients, consultants and in-house staff
- Experienced with Municipal process’s and submittals
- Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Office, Retail and Self Storage a plus
